Hello. My name is Graham Landi and I am a professional Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Coach. I also have a passion for cooking and eating.
Increasingly over the years I have come to realise that there is an indisputable connection between what we eat and how we feel, but there is more even than this. The way we prepare our food, what we prepare, who we cook with and share our food with all has an impact on our mental wellbeing.
In these pages I will be sharing my own thoughts on how you can get the most from your time in the kitchen in a way that will also help you to achieve and maintain good feeling and balance in your life.
There are a lot of cookery and food sites out there. There are a lot of self development and wellbeing sites out there. But now you can have the best of both (not to be confused with the awful plastic bread of the same name..what a misnomer) all in one site.
This site is a sandwich, with good thinking as the bread and good eating as the sumptuous and nourishing filling.
